the game with 3 minutes left. Not too shabby for a team that finishd the regular season 6-11-2. Congratulations to JP Stevens
and good luck in your quest for the Kelly Cup!

LETS FACE IT...NJ CAN COMPETE
1-7-09 (Randolph) New Jersey elite prep Delbarton continued its dominance on Tuesday night with
another convincing win over perennial favorite Hotchkiss of Connecticut. Kenny Agostino scored twice, Kyle Brennan scored
shorthanded, and Alex Velischek put the game out of reach in the third as Delby outlasted Hotchkiss 4-2. Our NJ preps, Gordon
Division especially, have ammased a 9-1 record against top tier out of state Preps, New England Preps and
Canadian schools so far this season. New Jersey Preps continue to solidify its presence as each year goes by as a solid preference
to the many Junior programs that continue to dilute High School hockey programs throughout the US. Congratulations to Delbarton
on their impressive wins so far this season. Also, congrats to Bishop Eustace, Don Bosco Prep, Bergen Catholic,
and other Gordons for scheduling these long distance foes to continue to establish NJ hockey as a force to be reckoned with.

EUSTACE PLAYS WITH THE BIG BOYS...
12-19-08 Can the best of NJ compete with the best in North America? Evidently,
Yes! Playing without two of their best players, Eustace proved its for real upending the Canadians 4-0. UCC of Toronto, in
town for the Lawrenceville Tourney, outshot Eustace 46-30, but Nick Casella was hot, and we know what that means. Two
goals from Mark Constantine and tallies from ChrisTracy and Ricky Hunt made BE a pretty bad host. There are great opportunities
for NJ players to stay in the home system while still moving their hockey careers forward. Eustace, Delbarton, and other top
teams continue to set the bar for the NJ elite. Congrats on a great win.
